Indoor Air Quality Testing

Air Quality of New Mexico provides property owners, real estate agents, buyers, property managers, physicians and insurance providers with the latest testing methods available for detecting the major allergens affecting indoor air...molds, VOCs (volatile organic compounds), formaldehyde and cigarette smoke. The test results can assist in problem solving or, more typically, give peace of mind that your building does not have an allergy issue.

Odor Mitigation

We also provide odor elimination or mitigation through the proven method of ozone 'shocking', where an indoor space is saturated with ozone gas, which is an O3 molecule. The extra oxygen atom attaches itself to an organic element, virus, bacteria or spore and oxidizes it, rendering it inert. Ozone has been used in the food, water, medical and cleaning and restoration industries for years and is a proven method for odor control and sterilization. Our units also have an ion generator. Research has found that the application of negative ions along with ozone enhances the shocking process.
